By accessing or using LoungeAI ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use License

Images generated by LoungeAI are public domain / royalty-free. You are free to copy, modify, distribute, and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, without asking permission.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or attempt to generate any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content, real or AI-generated, depicting minors in a sexual, exploitative, or suggestive context. This includes but is not limited to: nudity, sexual acts, suggestive positioning, or grooming scenarios involving persons under 18.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content (NSFW) of any kind.
• Content depicting non-consensual acts, violence, gore, or torture.
• Hate speech, content glorifying terrorism, genocide, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Automated requests (bots, scrapers, bulk generation) without prior written authorization.

Violations of this section may result in immediate permanent IP-level blocking and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3. Data Collection & Law Enforcement Disclosure

To ensure platform safety and comply with applicable law, the Service automatically logs the following data for every generation request: IP address, user agent, country, region, timestamp, and the text prompt submitted. This data is retained for a minimum of 90 days.

We will disclose user data — including IP address, timestamps, and submitted prompts — to law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations (including NCMEC, Cybertip.ca, IWF), and internet service providers, without prior notice to the user, in the following circumstances:

• Upon receipt of a valid legal request, court order, or subpoena;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent or investigate illegal activity, including CSAM;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the platform, its users, or the public.

All generation attempts — including blocked and rejected requests — are permanently stored in our database and may be provided to law enforcement as evidence.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific performance parameters.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations (including GDPR), without regard to conflict of law provisions. For matters involving child protection, we additionally cooperate fully with Canadian, US, and international law enforcement under applicable treaties.
